In the burgeoning field of contemporary Celtic knitwear, Belgian brand Howlin’ are giving heritage labels a run for their money, carving out a playful niche for themselves.

Taking their cues from Ivy League and mid-century jazz culture (their core styles are all named after classic jazz albums), Howlin’s jumpers and accessories are made variously in Ireland, Scotland and Belgium; leveraging traditional manufacturing with fresh colour palettes and patterns.

This standout graphic knit from their just-released AW18 line bears (apologies) more than a passing resemblance to a famous picnic-loving ursus.

Made in Ireland.
