Bode continue to impress us here at Vanguards. Produced in New York, their clothing is one-of-a-kind, handmade and oh-so-awesome.

Pattern and material is where they excel, taking antique fabrics from all kinds of sources (Victorian bed linens anyone?) and transforming them into short sleeve Havana and bowling shirts or wide-legged trousers.

A couple new drops on their Instagram reveal some more experimental techniques: metallic milk bottle caps are inserted into a plastic overcoat complete with matching bag. And beautifully intricate embroidery on a long sleeved shirt.

These are bold looks for bold folks. And we can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
