Knuckle a new brand merging fashion and sustainable food interests from founders Hugo Ross, Xanthe Gladstone and Felix Saffari. The brand looks to spread the importance of our food choices for the climate. The choices we make as consumers have far-reaching effects on our planet. Choosing locally grown, seasonal vegetables is one way we can all reduce our carbon footprint. We each have a simple, powerful and responsible choice to make – helping slow down the deterioration of our natural environment. 

‘Eat Your Veg’ is a graphic t-shirt series in collaboration with four major chefs working in Britain who inspire and share Knuckle’s values. They celebrate their favourite vegetable by illustrating and printing it onto a Knuckle-designed cotton t-shirt.

All T-shirts are manufactured in Portugal, digitally printed in a heavy boxy fit.
